Hello everyone!

My name is Jenn and in case most of you haven't already noticed, I'm brand new to both deviantArt and the world of digital art I'm a longtime artist, having spent my high school years attending a school for the arts. I'm also a certified Makeup Artist that specializes in special effects, life casting and mold production for feature films. I have however been outta the art game and makeup industry for quite sometime now. Since leaving high school, working full time and a busy life in general has left little opportunity for spontaneous moments of creativity. Since finding this site though, I'm hoping that will soon change for the better

I have an older version of Photoshop (7.0), so it's taking a little while to learn all the ins and outs of the program. I'm quite proud of my accomplishments so far, learning independantly definately isn't easy but I guess that old saying applies... practice makes perfect!

I'm a huge HUGE fan of The Tudors, actress Natalie Dormer in particular. She's so unbelievably talented but still relatively unknown, so I'm hoping to create some icons and banners/signatures featuring her. Maybe some wallpapers as well, as I have yet to come across any existing ones that I really like.

If I get bored with that, I'm hoping to try my hand at some photographic enhancements and/or manipulations. I've got a whole library of European pictures from a trip I took overseas last year. Bet I could have some fun with those too For now though, I'm starting small. Too much work means too much stress... I don't handle stress that well

Hopefully you guys like what I'm able to come up with. Sorry, nothing too impressive yet but hopefully that will soon change!
